Progress Over Power
Sunday, September 5, 2010 at 9:50AM What's wild about this speech is that, it's a speech we've all heard before from modern politicians, but somehow I believe it more coming from Chaplin in this bit.
We need to get back to a point where people are after progress instead of power.
