spinal tap, part two

Mr. Chiropractor said that one of the discs in my lower spine is thinner than it should be. He said it with a smile on his face, so I'm assuming its much less serious than it sounds. He also said he's seen people get by with worse injuries than mine.

....thats the good news.

The bad news is that I need treatment....5 flippin' weeks of treatment :p So, three days a week for the next five weeks I will be getting very acquainted with the good folks at the chiropractor office. I went ahead and paid the full cost of all my visits that day because I didn't want to deal with it.

Benefits, can't mess with a dude who is ballin' with beneifts!

I have fallen into yet another creative block, but only half way. I haven't made too many Hip-Hop/R&B tracks lately. Its all been experimental and rock stuff.

This is really scary to me because I've always made Hip-Hop/R&B music.

I listen to more rock/alternative/pop stuff than Hip-Hop/R&B music and its been like that for the past 3-4 years (around the time when mainstream Hip-Hop started to suck ass crackers). Of course, as a producer, my music is most likely to reflect what I'm listening to. Its just scary to know that my music is going to a place its never been.

Its VERY exciting and I'm happy for the evolution, but its scary because all of the connections I have in the business are Hip-Hop/R&B connections. I don't even know how to push rock/experimental tracks.

someone help.

for real.

ok....nothing entertaining or interesting today.
